What you send us. When you submit a demo or discovery request: your name, company, work email, role, company size, industry, the area of interest you selected, and anything you write in the challenge or message fields.

Technical records. Our web server keeps a short log of requests. Your IP address is truncated before it is written down — the final part is removed, so it identifies a network rather than you — alongside the page requested, the time, your browser type and the referring page. These logs are kept for 14 days and are used only to keep the site running and to spot abuse.

Your country, when you visit. When a page loads, we look up which country your IP address belongs to so that we know where interest in the company is coming from. The lookup happens on our own server against a local database — your address is not sent to any geolocation service, is held only for the moment the lookup takes, and is never written to disk. We record the country, not the address, and we do not attempt to identify individual visitors or track you between visits.

We set no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, no third-party scripts run on these pages, and nothing is stored on your device.

To answer your enquiry. Where you have asked us for a demo or a discovery conversation, we process your details to take steps at your request before entering into a contract — Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

To run and protect the site. The truncated request logs and rate limiting rest on our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and free of abuse — Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

To understand where interest comes from. The country lookup described above also rests on our legitimate interest, in knowing which markets are looking at a business of our size. You can object to this at any time using the contact route below.

We do not sell your details, and we will not add you to a marketing list without asking you first.

Our hosting provider. The site and the enquiry records run on Google Cloud infrastructure located in Stockholm, Sweden, within the European Union.

Telegram. We receive two kinds of notification through Telegram Messenger: the details you submit if you send an enquiry, and — for every visit — the country the visit came from together with the page opened. No IP address is included in either.

Telegram’s operating company is established outside the European Economic Area, so both kinds of notification involve a transfer outside the EEA. This applies to visiting the site, not only to contacting us. If you would prefer to reach us without any such transfer, write to us by post at the address above.

Nobody else receives your details.

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any engagement that follows, and are deleted afterwards. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any point.

Truncated server logs are deleted after 14 days.

Visit notifications are messages to us rather than a database — we keep no visitor record beyond them, and the country is not linked to any identifier.

Over the personal data we hold about you, you may ask us to:

• give you a copy of it (access)
• correct it if it is wrong (rectification)
• delete it (erasure)
• pause our use of it while a question is resolved (restriction)
• stop using it where we rely on legitimate interests (objection)
• send it to you or another provider in a portable format (portability)

Where we rely on your consent for anything, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting what we did beforehand. To exercise any of these, contact us through privacy@aimlnetwork.com.

If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (Комисия за защита на личните данни), or to the supervisory authority in the EU country where you live or work.

If we change how we handle your data we will update this page and the date shown at the top of it.
